3 Investigations

Hoosier Paranormal was asked to investigate a home where the client had some strange experiences. Some of these things were shadows on the stairs, stereos coming on by themselves, and strange noises in the house. One of the homeowners also observed a full body apparition and was physically held down in her bed by a presence. The investigations Hoosier Paranormal did at this residence all included our normal use of equipment such as Digital cameras, Infra-red cameras, digital voice recorders, EMF meters, and temperature devices. Investigators present were Kenny, Shanon, Greg, Robert, and Melissa. We also had a couple of guest attend on one investigation. During our first investigation we really had no personal experiences nor did we capture any evidence other than one EMF spike that occurred in the dining area, one of the more active rooms in the house. We were able to debunk one thing during the first investigation and that was a bird nest found just outside the upstairs window that was causing some scratching noises that were being heard by the clients. On our second investigation of the residence Shanon observed that a door leading upstairs had opened by itself. He double-checked with everyone and no one had opened that door. After that Robert had his back to the door, which was halfway open, and talking to Greg Shanon, and Kenny when the three of them observed the door move again on it’s own. We attempted to re-create this and could not. We also left the residence empty for a while and recorded some noises that sounded like furniture being scooted across the floor. None of these noises were backed up by video though as we captured nothing moving on film.  As for the third investigation we believe it was a little more active than the others. Greg and Shanon recorded some EMF spikes in the dining room while sitting at the table. These EMF spikes seemed to coincide with Greg’s line of questioning, something very unusual that we have not experienced before. We also captured a light anomaly in the dining room. We have looked at the video from different angles (we had 2 cameras recording) and only captured it on one camera. We have eliminated the possibility of a bug. dust, or flashlight beam. We believe it to be emitting it’s own light due to the fact that you can see a shadow it gives off near the wall. No other evidence was captured this night. Conclusion: After 3 investigations and countless hours of video and audio we did not capture anything that would make us say this residence is haunted. Hoosier Paranormal believes it is an active place for activity but the rest is still inconclusive at this time.
