Paranormal was asked to investigate this property because of many
unexplained happenings in the house. The house was built in the
1950’s and has been well kept. The homeowners was complaining
of hearing strange tapping sound coming from the night stand in there
bedroom this lasted for a very long time till the husband hollered to
stop and it did. One of there sons was also having problems seeing
objects floating over his head in his bedroom. The wife had her own
complaint where early in the mornings after her husband has gone to
work she said something would hold her down in bed or on the couch, she
could not get up and it was hard to get her breath.
On seen this night we have Robert, Greg and Shanon. The night was a quite, peaceful night no dogs or sounds of cars to interrupt the investigation. The equipment used was two Sony night shot camcorders an IR video camera three snapshot cameras and seven audio recorders. Investigation; we started at 10:00 with Robert getting an EMF reading throughout the house. The EMF showed to have a few spikes in the first bedroom and the hallway. Then by splitting up and going into different rooms (I know were suppose to have a partner but the house was small and we could hear each other fine) we sat and tried to get a fill of the place. While in the first bedroom Robert had a personal experience, he saw something pass in front of him like a finger, this happened at 11:10. at about the same time Greg also saw a shadow in the living room so Robert went and sat with Greg to see this together while sitting there we did see points of light and a few shadows however we never once saw them together telling me it was only our eyes playing tricks on us. Conclusion; Hoosier Paranormal may need to do a follow up investigation, although Robert and Greg did have some personal experience we never caught any video or audio evidence to back up the homeowners claims of paranormal activity. The wife’s claim of being held down I believe is a condition called Old Hag Syndrome. Old Hag or Sleep Paralysis is a condition where you fill as though your held down and very hard to breathe. |
